Abuse & Chargeback Policy
At WSO Trading Courses, we strive to provide high quality educational content and maintain a fair marketplace.
By purchasing any course or service from our website, you agree to the following terms regarding payment integrity and dispute resolution.
1. Zero-Tolerance Chargeback Policy
A “chargeback” occurs when a customer disputes a charge through their bank or credit card provider. We view fraudulent chargebacks as a serious offense.
- Pre-Dispute Resolution: If you have an issue with a purchase or technical access, you are required to contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved immediately without involving financial institutions.
- Unauthorized Disputes: Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a legitimate purchase without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team will be permanently banned from all WSO Trading Courses platforms.
2. Consequences of Fraudulent Activity
In the event of a deliberate attempt to defraud WSO Trading Courses including, but not limited to, using stolen payment information or claiming “unauthorized purchase” after accessing digital course materials we reserve the right to take the following actions:
- Immediate Revocation: Access to all current and future course materials, community forums, and support will be terminated instantly.
- Debt Collection: The account may be turned over to a third-party collection agency to recover the funds, plus any administrative fees incurred during the dispute.
- Public Accountability: We maintain a “Public Dispute Ledger” (Wall of Shame). If a fraudulent chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to publish non-sensitive details of the transaction to protect other merchants in the industry. This may include:
- The name associated with the order.
- The nature of the dispute.
- The outcome of the investigation.
3. Information Sharing
We participate in global merchant “blacklist” databases.
Information regarding fraudulent users (including email addresses and IP logs used during the transaction) may be shared with other digital product creators and payment security networks to prevent further malicious activity.
4. Reinstatement
If a chargeback was filed in error, it MUST be canceled immediately by the customer.
Access to services will only be restored once the dispute is closed in our favor and any associated “chargeback fees” (typically $15–$50 charged by banks) are reimbursed to WSO Trading Courses by the user.
